ACT Planning award for art program

An ANU School of Art collaboration has received an award for Best Planning Ideas at the ACT Planning Awards.

The ANU School of Art Field Studies has been working with the major research project South East Coastal Adaptation (SECA): Coastal urban climate futures in SE Australia from Wollongong to Lakes Entrance.

The collaboration between the SECA research and the ANU Field Studies program won the award for its innovative approach to climate change at the local level.

The award winning entry will now go on to be considered for the national awards in March 2014 in Sydney.
